WHAT IS ALPHA?
Alpha is an opportunity to explore and discuss the meaning of life with other people around the dinner table. Alpha runs for 8-weeks, meeting on Wednesday nights with an option for a weekend retreat.
WHAT HAPPENS AT ALPHA?
A typical evening consists of a meal, a short talk about the Christian faith, and small group discussion. Talks cover a range of topics including ‘Who is Jesus?’ and ‘Why and how do I pray?’.
WHO IS ALPHA FOR?
Alpha is for everyone, including those wondering who Jesus is and what the Bible says, as well as those who have been following Him for a while but still have some big and basic questions. Alpha is a safe place to have those conversations. No question is out of bounds and you are free to discuss as much or as little as you wish.
WHEN IS ALPHA?
Bring a friend and come for a home-cooked meal and a brief talk explaining a bit more about the course. There is no pressure to sign-up or to return from week to week.
